Heavy Equipment Shipping
Construction, agricultural and specialized machinery on the trailer it actually needs — RGN, lowboy, stepdeck, hotshot or full truckload.
Removable gooseneck trailers for tall, long and driveable machinery that isn't rated for the highway. The standard for mining, agricultural and construction equipment.
Upper and lower decks haul freight up to 10'2" tall before it counts as over-dimensional — with deployable ramps for drive-on loading when there's no crane on site.
Shipping something smaller? Pay only for the deck space you use and share the truck. The cost-effective option for small and mid-size businesses.
The whole truck, exclusively yours. No shared freight, no extra stops — your load gets there faster and never mixes with anyone else's.
Time-sensitive LTL and truckload freight on dedicated medium-duty rigs — usually straight to a single customer, on your clock.
Straight answers
It depends on the machine's weight and dimensions, the distance, and whether it needs a specialized trailer or permits. Anything over 8'6" wide, 13'6" tall or 80,000 lbs gross becomes an oversize load, which adds permits and sometimes escorts. We price from carriers actually available on your lane and give you one all-inclusive number in writing, with no deposit to book.
Excavators, dozers and tall machinery usually ride on an RGN or lowboy, which drops to the ground so equipment can drive on. Mid-height freight up to about 10'2" fits a stepdeck with ramps. Smaller attachments, skid steers and single units often move fastest and cheapest on a hotshot. Tell us the make and model and we'll tell you which trailer it actually needs.
Yes. When a load exceeds legal dimensions, the carrier pulls the state permits for every state on the route and arranges escorts where required. Those costs are included in the price we quote, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
It helps but it is not required. Operable machines can drive onto an RGN or up stepdeck ramps, which is quickest. Non-running equipment can still be loaded with winches or a crane at the origin — just tell us during the quote so the right carrier and gear are dispatched.
One to two weeks is ideal, since specialized trailers are a smaller pool than car carriers and oversize permits take time to pull. We move urgent loads too — call or text 561-208-8595 and we'll tell you honestly what is realistic for your dates.
